When do Classes Start?

1st day of classes will be held on Saturday September 17th, 2016.

Where can I get shoes and dancewear?

Right here at the studio! We are not a shoe/clothing store which carries things in stock, however, we can order everything you need at our teacher rate! Please ask front desk for information.

We are having a Shoe Fitting/Order day on

8/12 5:00-7:00 8/13 10:00-2:00 8/29, 8/30, 9/12, 9/13 5:00-7:00

We encourage you to come on one of our Shoe Fitting/Order days! If you are unable to attend, we will be fitting dancers for shoes the on specific days during our first and second week of classes!

In October we will return to our normal shoe fitting hours.

How does the billing cycle work?

Monthly Tuition is based on a yearly fee. It is then divided into equal monthly payments. Tuition is charged for June based on the date of the showcase. We have noted the different amount of weeks in months, closings due to inclement weather and major holidays. Attached is a billing cycle information sheet for you to read and review.

What are the studio hours?

Office Hours vary throughout the season, however the studio is open the following days and times:

Monday –Thursday 4:00-9:00 Saturday 8:30-1:00

How do I make a payment?

You may pay tuition with cash, check or money order at the front desk during payment week. If paying tuition during a different time than payment week, please use our drop box located at the front desk. If using our drop box, make sure to use a printed ASD Drop Box Envelope.

Before or after payment week, you may make a payment using our drop box system located at the front desk. Outside of payment week, there may not be someone tending to the front desk.

When is Tuition Due?

Tuition is due on or before the 15th of each month.

When will I be charged a late fee?

A $10.00 late fee will be applied to your bill after the 15th of the month. The $10.00 late fee is accumulative and will be added to each month the bill is overdue.

What is the Costume Deposit?

For Toddler & Intensive classes,

A costume deposit of $60.00 per routine is broken up into 2 payments for your convenience.

For all other classes, the costume deposit will be $70.00.

The 1st half of the deposit is due by October 30th. The 2nd half of the deposit is due by November 30th.

This price includes TIGHTS for each class!

Costume deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE after DECEMBER 1st.

Overages for competitive classes may exceed the original $70.00 costume deposit.

What is the Showcase Fee?

The Showcase Fee is $15.00 per dancer or $30.00 family rate (2 or more dancers). This fee is due February 15th. The Showcase fee pays for the following:

• venues’ for studio, stage, dress rehearsals and showcase

• staff for rehearsals and showcase, lighting and sound

• cleaning crews for studio rehearsal, stage rehearsal and showcase

• Creating Props

What if I feel my child is in the wrong class?

Class placement is based on age, experience and ability! If you have any questions or concerns regarding the placement of your child, please do not speak to the teacher about it! This matter should only be brought to the attention of Miss Adell!

If the dancer decides to no longer participate, what will I be refunded?

Depending on when the dancer chooses to no longer take class reflects on what will be refunded. If the child quits after December 1st, the costume deposit will not be refunded.

How do I know if classes are cancelled due to weather?

Cancelled classes will be announced on Channel 2, Channel 4 and Channel 7. There also will be a message posted on our Facebook page!

How do I go about meeting with Miss Adell?

If you have questions or concerns and need to speak with Miss Adell, please never hesitate to ask to speak with her! We can only solve problems if we know about them!!!! We take pride in having the lines of communication open!!!!

You may personally ask to set a time to meet with her or if she is unavailable due to teaching, please ask at the front desk to set up an appointment. Please feel free to email her in order to schedule a meeting.
